Margaret Omovbude is a workplace strategist with over 24 years of hands-on corporate experience, including more than 12 years in senior leadership roles. She has spent years inside the rooms where career decisions are made and understands what truly separates professionals who rise from those who remain stuck. She knows how decisions are made in boardrooms, how reputations are built in corridors, and how careers are won or lost quietly, long before any formal process begins.
As the founder of the Workplace Excellence Academy and creator of DAYWA (Dominate At Your Workplace Academy), Margaret has built one of Nigeria’s most practical career development platforms for corporate professionals. Through her programs, she has trained over 500 professionals across industries, equipping them with the specific skills, language, and strategy needed to thrive — not just survive — in the modern workplace.
Margaret is also the author of Work Smart, Get Ahead, a practical career guide for professionals navigating growth, visibility, and workplace dynamics.
