About Me

My name is Ifeoma Margaret Omovbude and I am your Workplace Mentor.

I’m Ifeoma. You can also call me Margaret. However on the streets of SM, simply refer to me as your Workplace Mentor. I am not a motivational speaker or life coach. I am not a self acclaimed expert or counselor.

I am simply someone who has spent over 22 years working in the corporate sector, starting off as a rookie HR consultant and rising to the executive leadership position I occupy today and I would very much like to share with you what I have learnt along the way that has made me successful in relating with people from all works of life at the workplace.

I come across young graduates everyday, trying to forge a successful career and I long to tell them what to do early on to avoid certain mistakes on their journey. I also see disgruntled, unsatisfied long-term employees and I want to hold their hands and tell them the experience can be better.

Then there are high performing leaders who are smashing all their work goals, doing all the right things, and I want to pat them on the back and say… Kudos! Well done!! We all need someone in our corner, don’t we? Someone who understands what it is costing us and will say to us; Go on, you are almost there. Well I am that online cheerleader you didn’t know you needed.

Lastly, there are business owners and their major pain point is getting reliable and trustworthy employees to run their businesses.
